- A 14-article charter binds every agent: outcomes over output, every idea goes to the AI board (which may improve it), evidence beats hierarchy, one owner per task, humans keep purpose, budget and external commitments, and nothing is fabricated.
- The company is in its pilot phase; no commercial offering or clients have been announced.
