Who we are

SimsekAIS (Simsek AI Solutions) operates simsekais.com. This notice explains what the site collects and why. We collect as little as possible.

Contact form

When you send a message we store your name, email address, optional company name, topic, message, the language of the page, the country reported by our network provider, and the time of submission.

We use this only to reply to you. Data is stored in Cloudflare D1. We delete it when it is no longer needed, or sooner if you ask us to.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you are human without tracking cookies.

Ask Şimşek (AI assistant)

Questions you type are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate an answer. We do not store the content of your conversation. Your recent messages are kept only in your own browser tab so the conversation can continue.

We count how many questions are asked per day to stay within our budget. That count contains no personal data.

Live storm

If you visit the home page, your browser opens a live connection so you can see other visitors’ cursors and lightning strikes. You receive a random temporary identifier. We keep only the total number of strikes and an aggregate count of visitors by country while you are connected. Nothing is linked to you.

Cookies and storage

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your theme, language and sound preferences are saved in your browser’s local storage and never leave your device.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you at any time using the contact form. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or Türkiye’s KVKK give you further rights.
